By accessing or using the Ostati platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Description of Service
Ostati is an online marketplace connecting clients seeking services with masters providing those services. Ostati acts as an intermediary and is not a party to agreements between clients and masters.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Conduct on the Platform
Users agree not to post false information, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payments and Fees
The service is free for clients. Masters pay a commission on completed jobs according to their pricing plan. All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ostati is not liable for the actions of masters or clients, the quality of work performed, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
